These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website thesprint.uk ("the Site"), operated by Internet Marketing Secrets (P.IVA IT02996460594). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site is an independent informational and marketing resource that promotes the OLSP MegaLink affiliate programme operated by OLSP Systems. We are an independent affiliate (referrer ID 932922). We do not operate, own, or control OLSP Systems or its products. All purchases, training, and support related to OLSP MegaLink are governed by OLSP's own terms.

2. No professional advice

The content on the Site is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, employment, immigration or professional advice. 3. No income guarantee

"The Sprint UK" is a trading name. References to "OLSP", "MegaLink" and related marks are the property of OLSP Systems and are used here under their affiliate programme.

7. Refunds (OLSP product)

The $7 OLSP entry product comes with a 14-day "Show Me It Works" refund guarantee provided directly by OLSP. We do not process refunds on OLSP's behalf. To request a refund, contact OLSP support after purchasing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Marketing Secrets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Site, including (without limitation) loss of profits, savings, time, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Third-party content

The Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites. Following a link is at your own risk.

10. Modifications

We may change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latina, Italy, save for the mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
